Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
