As a Technology Solution Architect for Operations, you will be responsible for translating technology client requirements into differentiated, deliverable technology solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.
You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit, Delivery Teams and Platform teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team members to perform effectively. You will be responsible for solution decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Proficiency in Technology Solution Architecture is required.
Proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing is recommended.
Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and decisions.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technology solution offerings.
