The Account Executive will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the success of advertising campaigns for our Italian client. The position involves coordinating with many teams (creative, strategy, social media team…) monitoring campaign progress, and ensuring all work aligns with the client's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
The main mission is to effectively manage the client's advertising budget, oversee campaign execution, and support the development of impactful advertising strategies. The Account Executive will also be responsible for proofreading campaign materials, managing a 360-degree media plan, and regularly engaging with clients to discuss campaign performance and present creative concepts for approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the creative team, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress, collect feedback, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Develop advertising strategies with the client and guide them in campaign planning and execution.
- Present strategic and creative concepts and advertising materials to clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage and monitor the advertising budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Proofread advertising materials to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of a 360-degree media plan, ensuring campaigns are delivered across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaigns are designed and executed according to the client's objectives.
Requisitos
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within the advertising or marketing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively present ideas.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Italian language skills, with advanced proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Spanish.
- Experience working with brands in the banking or finance industry is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Attention to detail for proofreading and an analytical mindset for budget management.
- Experience in developing and managing 360-degree media plans.
- Familiarity with project management tools and advertising platforms.
- Creativity in problem-solving and campaign development.

- Italian: Native
- English: Advanced
- Spanish: Basic knowledge
- German: If you speak German, it’s a plus
