Deliver HR services to our people and business leads
Execute performance achievement and rewards processes
Oversee reporting and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business
Advise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies, issues, and decisions
Design and deliver HR transformation initiatives
The location will be only in Madrid, because we need go to the office part of the days.
Requisitos
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills about Employee Case management and Change management.
Bachelor's Degree Labor Relations, Labor Legislation, Psychology, Administration and Management.
High experience in team management
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Intermediate proficiency in Employee Relations
Advanced proficiency in HR Analytics
Beginner proficiency in Change Management
Advanced proficiency in Employee Processes Design
Beginner proficiency in Acquisitions integration
Intermediate proficiency Payroll Processing background
Technical Skills:
o Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, Teams etc…), Sharepoint
o Workday, SAP or other ERP background
o Advanced English
Soft Skills:
o Organization, learning capacity, flexibility, assertiveness, quality oriented and methodical.
o Client oriented
o Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
o Demonstrated communication: honest, assertive, and transparent conversations and domain within the application and explanation of the policies.
