We are looking for a skilled Insight Manager / Data Science Analytics (Senior Analyst).
Responsible for delivery of actionable local insights, market specific research and bringing localisation of audience segmentation to life in market campaigns
Interlock with global analytics hub in Mumbai, ensuring front end analytics are relevant and adopted in local markets, including dashboards, models, A B testing, etc.
Responsible for developing and delivering Analytics roadmap for the market, identifying priorities and business goals to be driven or influenced by Analytics
Creation of action plans for market using analytics outputs and insights across digital, customer, campaign and social media
Support business performance tracking and analysis, insights generation to drive marketing actions, optimization of different processes along the entire sales funnel
Manage end to end analytics activities including data reports, data enrichment, campaign KPIs and insights according to market specific objective
Prepare customized localized analytics reports including optimizations and actionable insights for campaigns, consumer research and asset adoption figures
Manage and document key learnings and best practice based on historical performance
Communicate cross functional insights and analysis results to leadership
Identify new analytic trends/data needs that build the client’s value case
Work with businesses and functions to maintain / upgrade existing models
Interface with clients on technical and business issues from initiation through delivery
Work with functions to conduct scenario planning & analysis and interpret trends and variances
Work with offshore delivery leads to build and execute analytics plans and priorities
