An Accenture Song Project Manager must be passionate about Design to join our Service & Experience Design Team.
You need to have experience leading digital Product Design projects, working on products that have been developed & launched into the market. We need to find this person who has experience filling the gap between design & development.
Experience working in a consultancy firm is nice to have. You need to have at least 1-2 years of experience dealing with clients, stakeholders, UX/UI designers & developers, in an agile framework like Scrum.
An Accenture Song Project Manager advocates for the company in all stages of a project while scheduling, coordinating, facilitating, managing resources, billing, estimating, tracking, and reporting for the Accenture Song discovery, design, and development teams.
Must also be a lifelong learner and be passionate and driven by the desire to constantly improve.
Through ongoing education led both by the Accenture Song team and their initiative, the project manager must stay current on the Product Design challenges and the unique needs of our clients and team members.
The ideal candidate must also display servant leadership while ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget. Demonstrating servant leadership is crucial to personal and team success, as it ensures the collective goals and needs are met.
