Within the Madrid’s Accenture Technology Center (ATC) for Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) Services, the Network / Security Service Team Manager will have three major responsibilities. Firstly, he will be the single point of contact and support for their client service within Network and Security areas. Secondly, he will lead the team of the Network / Security Engineers assigned to a client deal. And thirdly he/she will work closely work with the Network / Security Area Director and other related Managers to make sure that the optimal use of people and technology is being made to deliver the entire Network / Security supported services committed to our customers.

  • Project Management
  • Supplier Management
  • Due Diligence (process of research and analysis)
  • Complex network and operational support (coordination)
  • SLA management
  • Subject Matter Expert in the Network/Security areas


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Further service/technical requirements include:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry service offerings and their potential uses within the business
  • Will have managed previous network service delivery teams/organisations.
  • Demonstrable evidence of previous successes in delivering solutions providing significant business benefit.  Must demonstrate a service-driven philosophy as opposed to a technical one.
  • Good experience and evidence of vendor relationship management together with evidence of service procurement and contract negotiations
  • Good experience of people management with evidence of key management successes
  • Drive the creation of education and enforcement of service management procedures and policies
  • Good basic grounding in technical knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wireless network equipment (i.e. CISCO or other vendors), technologies, protocols and network/communications standards (e.g. TCP/IP suite, routing, switching)
  • Aware of the design, implementation, and operation of data solutions (network legacy, SD-WAN, SD-DC, SDA, others)

Additional Skills and Education:

  • Spanish (native) and English proficiency level (minimum B2). Other languages will be welcome
  • Degree in Telecomm Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ISO.20000 (qualified, trained or certified).
  • Other Certifications (network – Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto - and security Certifications – i.e. CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.) will be welcome
