Qualifications

What will I do at this position?

  • Receive support escalations from client’s IT team
  • Log and understand the underlying issue if necessary by establishing a connection with the client IT team
  • Connect remotely to the client network to analyse the issue
  • Resolve the issue
  • Track the incident and contribute to maintain the KPIs related to Mulesoft support
  • Combine software development, Architecture, DevOps and systems administration expertise with an aptitude for technical consulting, troubleshooting, and analysis to help customers solve incidents with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in problem resolution related to Mulesoft

Desired Qualifications

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (Mule 4)
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (Mule 4) DELTA
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
