Working closely with clients, our Operations professionals run business processes on behalf of clients – either for specific functions, such as finance & accounting, procurement or marketing, or for specific industries, such as banking, insurance or health care.
We are currently looking for Service Delivery Lead in our Oviedo office.
- Financial control of the deal, guaranteeing compliance and profitability of the Deal.
- Customer relationship
- Participation in the Management Committee
- New Services and needs
- Management, coordination and supervision of the team
- Ensure project compliance Risk issues, GDPR, ect
- Collaborate on the transformation plan towards Smart operations
- Bachelor of ‘Business Administration and Management’ or Engineering Bachelor
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the back office call center sector or outsourcing services. KPI indicators, work with scorecards. Risk control and data protection
- High level English (spoken and written)
- Flexible, multitasks
- Team management
- Ability to speak at different levels
