Working closely with clients, our Operations professionals run business processes on behalf of clients – either for specific functions, such as finance & accounting, procurement or marketing, or for specific industries, such as banking, insurance or health care.


We are looking for a Analytics and Modeling Manager. This figure serves as the primary point of coordination between the Client & Delivery teams. Gather, analyze and model client data (customers, financials, operational, organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making. Plays a critical role in business development and delivery, providing pre-sales support and thought leadership surrounding analytics and digital technologies as well as working directly with customers to implement data science and digital analytics programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing analytics teams and working closely with clients to understand their business needs in the digital media monitoring and analytics space. The candidate should have a well-developed knowledge of digital marketing and analytics domain, and familiar with data science techniques to deliver value to the clients.



Qualifications

Technical Skills
Strong experience in digital marketing analytics, paid media analytics
Hands on experience in tools such as with Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience in visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred
Good understanding and experience in machine learning algorithms
Strong quantitative skills and working experience with analytical methods and technologies (including R, Python, SAS, Spark)
Experience in A/B Testing tools (Maxymiser, Adobe Target, etc.) and tag management systems (e.g., Adobe DTM, Enlighten) is preferred.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Experience performing advanced analytics on digital data sources (e.g., digital analytics data, digital advertising data, DMP data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.)

Other skillsets desired
Excellent client management skills.
Proven experience in leading a global team of analytics professionals
Ability to identify, conceptualize, and drive analytics adoption in multiple client accounts
Excellent program management skills, ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
Should have a consultative and problem-solving mindset, constantly strive to deliver tangible business outcomes to client
Proven experience is leading team of analytics professionals
