Outsourcing professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.


People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

We are looking for a learning coach

Accenture uses a learning model where faculty for our schools are not professional instructors, but are line Managers, Senior Managers, and Managing Directors from our practice around the world. Learning Coaches are learning experts who will prepare these faculty to teach the schools. Learning Coaches ensure the consistent delivery of schools from session to session, according to design, and ensure the learning objectives are attained. Learning coaches support faculty and learners in both classroom and virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and support the faculty

• Explain the school objectives and the flow of the modules

• Explain the activities

• Share experience with learner struggles and how to overcome them

• Observe faculty and provide feedback on their skillset – coaching/facilitating/presenting

• Manage the learning environment so faculty can focus on their role

Prepare and support the learners

• Explain how to be a great learner

• Explain how to prepare for the upcoming session

• Manage the learning environment so learners can focus on their role

Manage the learning environment

• Keep the session on schedule

• Provide the first line of escalation for classroom technology issues

• Ensure learners get to the right place at the right time

• Escalate tardy learners to onsite support

• Search for missing or additional materials

• Search for additional materials

• First line of escalation for conflicts or classroom issues

• Undergraduate degree


• Minimum of 2 years training experience

• Fluent in English, equivalent to C2 English skills
