We are actively looking for a Senior SEM Specialist. An expert at Google search should possess experience in Google Adwords. Working on internal advertising campaigns, your main role will be to create and manage SEM campaigns with flawless execution. Primarily work includes building and optimizing campaigns in AdWords, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms.  The will also work closely with the account management team on communicating results to clients. Preference for Google Adwords Certification.

 Key Responsibilities

 

    ·        Architect SEM strategy
·       Build campaigns (Hands-on setup, execution, optimization and management of campaigns)
·       Optimize campaigns for business outcomes
·       Analyze campaigns, platform settings, and user data to identify opportunities for growth
·       Make program improvement recommendation
        Help sales team creating the search component of the pitch decks for new prospects
        Assist with daily and monthly reporting analysis for management team

Requirements

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including management, marketing, creative, production, local agencies and outside vendors

o   Good time management (including down time) and ability to meet tight deadlines

o   Takes ownership of tasks and ensures their quality

·       Technical Skills

o   Digital Media Buying Tools:

§  Experience with Google Adwords.

§  Experience with enterprise management platforms for SEM (Marin, Kenshoo, Adobe’s Media Optimizer, DART, etc)

§  Preferable: Google AdWords Certified

§  Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)

§  Experience managing a portfolio of SEM campaigns and mastery of all SEM skills

§  Knowledge of various marketing tools to perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and other search marketing activities

·        

o   Microsoft Office: Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

§  DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM)

§  DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM)

§  DoubleClick Search (DS)

§  Other Ad Servers

§  SEM Experience

 

 

Required Experience


 

  • §  Experience working as a SEM specialist for an agency or business
  • §  Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent. 
  • §  Excellent oral and written English skills will have direct contact with clients. 
  • §  Good knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google AdWords, Google Analytics
  • §  Ability to work independently autonomously and as part of a remote team. 
  • §  Ability to prioritize, identify and raise possible conflicts, and problem solve to meet deadlines. 
  • §  Meticulous attention to detail and quality control, strong analytical skills. 
  • §  Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate. 
  • §  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.

 

Possible Academic Background

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

·       Preference for Google Adwords Certification.
