Our IPT for Microsoft team is a SWAT team defined at European level to help key customers to use the Microsoft ecosystem to transform their business and be successful. We are working in tight collaboration with the different local practices in each market and the different capabilities in Accenture, bringing the best of Accenture to our customer.
The Retail Lead will be part of an international team that will enable the delivery Microsoft based projects for important Products companies in Europe. Depending on the sub-industry the type of challenges and the possible solutions could be very different so the transformation journey will have to be tailored to the specific case.
The role consists in acting as reference point for the team and the customers for driving transformation within the sub-industry using the potentials offered by the Microsoft ecosystem. The Industry lead is expected to have a strong understanding of the specific Industry market landscape in Europe (and abroad), of the situation of key customers and the ability to identify opportunities powered by the Microsoft platform. Strong knowledge about the offerings Accenture has in the specific Industry will be key for positioning Accenture as partner in the transformation. As part of the role the resource will be asked to support the customers and the account teams in shaping transformation objective, sharing options and customer experience, defining most valuable offering selection. The Industry Lead will have to interact with senior counterparts on customer side (C-level, board members), defining with them the direction to take and taking the responsibility of driving the implementation. The role will also be requested to facilitate the interaction, management, quality assurance and escalation with the different delivery teams for smooth project delivery.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- A natural ability to sense the needs of our customers combined with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service
- Experience with CG&S front office processes strongly preferred
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlickview) strongly preferred
