Mortgage Cadence is seeking an experienced and ambitious manager to lead sales enablement and product marketing. This key team member directly impacts sales results by working closely with sales leadership to ensure sales team members are prepared and equipped to properly represent the Company's product and services to the marketplace. This team member also works directly and closely with product management on all existing and new products Mortgage Cadence brings to market. The sales and product marketing manager will define and execute the organization's product and service go to market approach, coordinating closely with the product and sales teams, creating strong product, marketing and sales linkage. Central to this role is ensuring Mortgage Cadence is properly prepared for each software release and positioning the organization for rapid market adoption. The successful candidate will have a proven B2B marketing track record, preferably in the mortgage and technology industries. Experience working with and enabling sales teams to effectively represent mortgage and technology products and services is also necessary. Past success building and fostering strong, deep partnerships with sales and product organizations and ensuring marketing and sales remain closely focused on achievement of annual and five year sales goals is especially important. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of the ways in which marketing enables sales while working closely with product management to produce results. This role also requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deep analysis of results for increased ROI. Familiarity with the mortgage industry is also essential, including lenders, GSEs, investors, industry trade associations and industry trade press. Continuously define refine product, marketing and sales go to market strategies and processes.
Basic qualifications 
- 5 years of experience copywriting and editing with demonstrated ability to adopt and evolve the style, tone, and voice of the company. 
- 5 years of management experience delegating and coordinating tasks, providing guidance and oversight to others, and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders. 
- 3 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. 

- Experience developing, implementing and executing successful marketing strategies that align with company strategic goals, while consistently contributing to sales and overall organization results. 
- Clear understanding of all stages of the sales funnel Accenture or similar , with focus on tools that help sales team members move deals through the funnel to close. 
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adopt and evolve the style, tone, and voice of the company. 
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple, disparate priorities of and from multiple stakeholders. 
- Ability to maintain a dual minded approach an ability to be highly creative yet also be process driven, relying on data to make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation. 
- Experience in B2B marketing a plus.
