The Communications Specialist is responsible for providing support to the federal government in developing and executing communications, outreach initiatives, and strategic planning  in the mission space of the client.  Generating communications materials for federal, state, and local audiences, planning and facilitating interagency engagements, and recommending best practices for briefing senior level officials are priority requirements of this role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Art or Science
  • 7 years of communications experience (i.e. Outreach initives, Strategic Planning, etc.) or in a related field
  • Must be US Citizen

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with the Department of Homeland Security or other federal agency

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
