Job Description

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

A System Operator is responsible for either Help Desk operations or Console operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Providing user assistance via phone
• Completing registration
• Escalating and following up on incidents and user requests
• Resolving tier 1 incidents
• Monitoring systems and databases
• Responsibility for operation, monitoring and control of machines
• Generating reports
• Notifying users of incidents
• Executing, controlling and verifying backups
• Controlling and preparing planned and unplanned tasks


•Non experience in a relevant technology required
• One of the following required: intermediate level vocational training in Use of Computing Systems; advanced level vocational training in Administration of Computing Systems or Telecommunication and Computing Systems
• Required skills: operating systems:  Windows, Unix, Novell, Host; databases:  SQL Server, Oracle, Informix, Sybase, DB2; networks:  TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, CISCO
• Rotating shift.
• Good communication in English (written and oral)
