We are looking for a creative thinker and doer who will build and drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, mobile, digital, etc. The ideal candidate will be a smart and energetic addition to our team helping to execute a candidate sourcing strategy across a technically, generationally, and geographically diverse workforce. You will act as a partner with our delivery organizations, customers, and leaders by performing strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities while playing an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes within the employment landscape which may impact existing best practices.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build a talent network while growing our organization’s employment brand across the industry
• Source candidates through job boards, professional organizations, internal networks and partner organizations
• Profile, identify, assess and build a network of highly qualified candidates for immediate and strategic positions
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of current best-in-class recruiting practices and an exceptional personal bias for action; act as a highly engaged partner for complex projects
• Follow-up with delivery teams to provide feedback to candidates on potential, future employment opportunities
• Establish a relentless approach to nailing the details, driving processes and managing goals
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with experience influencing leaders with well thought out recommendations

•You will develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Human Resources, Business or Marketing or equivalent years of experience
• Dedicated sourcing/recruiting, and/or recruiting technology experience

•Experience (minimum of 3 years) in sourcing, recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment, or marketing, business development

•Minimum of 1 year of experience in such areas as social networking, search engines, social media, job boards, candidate databases, or other internet-based tools to invent and/or grow a client/candidate/customer base.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based recruitment/sourcing tools

•Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand customers and anticipate their needs and prioritize customer satisfaction

•Ability to assess challenges using critical thinking, data collection methods, analysis, experience, and judgement to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner

•Dedicated work mentality and strong work ethic with a history of meeting or exceeding goals

•English high level
