UNIFIED THREAT DEFENSE

Fragmented security tools create gaps. One unified platform closes them.

Continuous threat exposure, identity and defense — managed end to end by one team, on one integrated service

Consolidation isn’t just a technical decision. It’s a business one.

Too many tools, too little visibility. And the overhead keeps climbing. With 75% of scaling businesses saying a major cyberattack could put them out of business, the cost of fragmented security is more than operational.¹ A single managed platform changes that, by replacing point solutions with a unified view across identity, edge, cloud and endpoint. The board gets a defensible view, the auditors get documentation that holds up and the security team gets time back.

What Unified Threat Defense includes

Unified Threat Defense (UTD) combines access controls, endpoint protection and web and Domain Name System (DNS)  security with 24/7 detection and response. By replacing fragmented tools with a pre-integrated, fully managed service, growing organizations can reduce complexity, respond to threats faster and gain clearer visibility into risk. UTD allows security to support growth, not slow it down.

Our expanded partnerships

We work across emerging and specialist platforms so you always have access to what's next

How we work together

01

Pre-onboarding

We validate prerequisites, define scope and service tier, review your asset inventory and finalize the commercial and onboarding plan — with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) governance aligned throughout. The security architecture is defined before a single tool is configured.

02

Onboarding

We provision CrowdStrike, Okta and Cloudflare and activate security services and processes. Then we configure policy baseline, test and validate integrations and begin Security Operations Center (SOC) escalation workflows.

03

Run and optimize

24/7 management, monitoring and response. Incident and ticket management. Continuous tuning, compliance and SLA reporting. We align security reviews to business priorities as the environment grows and evolves.

The mid-market security scale trap

More tools don’t mean better security. Find out why scaling businesses are trapped — and how to get out.

Let’s get started

Fewer tools. Better coverage. A posture built to hold up under pressure and grow with the business.

Frequently asked questions

UTD is built on CrowdStrike for detection and endpoint protection, Okta for identity and access management and Cloudflare for network and edge security. Accenture manages the integration, configuration and ongoing operations across all three platforms under a single SLA.

Not necessarily. The starting point is always a scope and asset inventory review during pre-onboarding. Where existing tools are performing well, we work with them. Where they're creating gaps or overhead, they're replaced as part of the transition, with no surprises at go-live.

Pre-onboarding runs approximately two to four weeks. Onboarding takes approximately four to six weeks. By the end of onboarding, cybersecurity as a service is deployed, central monitoring and alerting are enabled and SOC escalation workflows are live.

UTD covers all six functions of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0, addresses OWASP Top 10 and LLM security risks and maps to 12 of 14 MITRE ATT&CK tactics. The platform is compliance-ready across 12+ regulatory frameworks, with audit-ready reporting included as a standard deliverable.

The run and optimize phase covers 24/7 management, monitoring and response, incident and ticket management, continuous tuning and optimization, compliance and SLA reporting and regular service reviews aligned to business priorities. The platform scales as the organization grows.

Yes. UTD is designed specifically for organizations that need full-spectrum security coverage without the overhead of building and staffing it internally. The service model, pricing and tier structure are calibrated for scaling business budgets and team sizes.
