Working sessions set the parameters for each module: accounts, regions, network topology, identity provider, log retention. Nothing is written from scratch. SCF is configured, not custom-built, so design is measured in workshops rather than sprints.

Deployment and compliance
Your landing zone goes live on AWS Control Tower with guardrails aligned to CIS, NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP Moderate, helping to enforce guardrails from the first account vended. Drift is detected and helps remediate automatically, and every configuration is documented as code, so audit evidence is a report, not a project.

SCF deploys rapidly using pre-built automation — significantly faster than a custom-built security program. The exact timeline depends on your starting tier and environment complexity, which the Advisory Review scopes before any deployment begins.
