In 2017, Maserati selected Accenture Interactive to help reimagine their customer experience, led by Karmarama, Accenture Interactive’s newly acquired creative agency. The Maserati case has been a game changer for Accenture Interactive to truly offer Maserati an entire end-to-end scope with focus on the customer-centric experience.
Accenture Interactive consists of a mix of technical business expertise and creative people. This creates the unique capabilities and a holistic approach of managing all customer touchpoints for creating seamless and consistent customer experiences.
