How I put change in motion
As a Change Management consultant, I help organizations define where they want to be in the future and support them in getting there successfully. Together we define and communicate the required changes and why they should be embraced. We also identify and run training where it is needed to enable all individuals who should do something different for the change to happen. Finally, we set up strategic reinforcement activities to make the change stick in the long run.
During my time at Accenture, I have been very fortunate to work on many exciting projects. I just love the variation of the work I have done since my start in Accenture back in September 2016. I have been involved in everything from creating business cases for outsourcing, requirement specification and test strategies for new IT systems, team support for both small teams, and huge SAFe release trains. I especially enjoy when my project requires cross-collaboration between teams, departments, countries, cultures etc. Working in diverse teams simply makes everything more challenging, more fun, and more meaningful.

A day in my life
Every day is different. I am currently serving as Cloud change lead on a cloud journey program for a big company within the energy sector. Personally, I enjoy “bundling” my meeting time and production time as it allows me to have days with many meaningful conversations, but also days where I have long enough timeslots for me to really deep-dive into my deliverables.
The best thing about working at Accenture is the people! Many of my colleagues are also my best friends, and I absolutely love the feeling of working together with good friends every single day. Friends who truly care about me and my development and who are ready to provide support whenever I need a helping hand, sparring, and feedback on my work.
In my spare time, I like being creative and enjoy long walks. I am also part of the voluntary team behind CareerMentor which is a free platform for matching mentors and mentees. My motivation for spending my spare time on this initiative is that I myself have gained much from mentorships during the past years, both as mentor and mentee. Therefore, I want to help others establish meaningful mentorship relations just like I have.
