My days are spent thinking about how I can help our clients grow their businesses and meet the needs of customers using interactive technology.

Here is a look at what a “typical” day’s to-do list might look like:

• Stay in almost constant contact with teams of product managers, delivery leads and strategists.
• Work on a proposal with a solution architect and hold a project status meeting.
• Connect with practice leads to understand our latest insights into a technology like blockchain or augmented reality and how it might be relevant to our clients.
• Manage multiple client meetings focused on project delivery or understanding new needs.
• Develop new thought-leadership assets for our industrial B2B clients that can be leveraged across the organization.
• Facilitate design thinking workshop with a client to co-create a growth vision and identify the opportunities and risks associated with achieving that vision.
• Work with teams to develop a storyline for pitch material.
• Address and create solutions to challenges so we can stay on track with project deliverables.
• As the Midwest Employee Resources Group (ERG) lead, plan social and educational events like virtual cooking classes (we call it “Nosh Time” with the Jewish ERG) and online museum tours.

My Jewish faith is very important to me. I’ve consistently found people at Accenture to be supportive of religious commitments.

For example, my family and I observe the full cycle of Jewish holidays. The work impact of these holidays depends on how the Jewish lunar calendar meshes with the secular calendar and varies year to year. I plan ahead and account for any possible impacts to my work by delegating ownership, communicating status and getting ahead of any issues that may arise. Always be open and honest about your needs.
