Your role in our mission
As part of our Nordic AI & Data practice, you’ll work with talented people from diverse backgrounds to help organizations grow in a digital-first world. You’ll be driving value with AI strategies, from concept to implementation, while ensuring businesses become future-ready.
In this role, you will:

Lead or co-lead workstreams in strategy development and product adoption, where Data and AI meet real business challenges.

Shape Data and AI strategies and guide clients in setting up agentic AI platforms, working closely with tech experts and business stakeholders to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals

Apply storytelling and business acumen to co-create solutions and proposals with clients, translating complexity into clarity and synthesizing information.

Who we’re looking for
We believe you could be a good match if you:

Bring 3+ years of experience in data/AI strategy, digital consulting, or AI-driven innovation from consulting, startups, or corporates.

Combine business acumen and technical understanding to navigate topics like AI/ML, data platforms, and emerging technologies.

Communicate clearly and confidently with local Danish clients, translating complexity into actionable insights.

Speak and write English and Danish (or another Nordic language) fluently.

Hold a relevant master's degree (e.g., business, engineering, science) with strong academic results.
