What you will be doing

• Advise clients on PLM strategies to drive digital transformation in product development, manufacturing, supply chain and services

• Asssess current client product development processes and recommend improvements using PLM, Digital Twin, and Digital Thread technologies

• Lead the implementation and optimization of PLM solutions for clients across various industries

• Collaborate with cross-functional client and Accenture teams to design and deliver business processes and PLM solutions that align with client business goals

• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Support the sales process by identifying opportunities, origfination, contributing to proposals, and participating in client presentations.

• Stay up-to-date on PLM technology trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously enhance solutions offered to clients.

• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment   

Qualifications you bring / have

• Expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM with strong skills in Digital Twin and Digital Thread technologies

• Strategic advisory, helping clients navigate challenges, adopt new technologies, and unlock growth opportunities

• Previous working experience in consulting and/or digital transformation from the industry

• Proven ability to support the entire sales process, from initial discussions to closing deals

• Skilled leader and communicator, fostering collaboration and delivering clear, actionable insights.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related field
