As a Senior Manager within the team, you will:
·Shape, sell and deliver Technology Strategy & Advisory services towards Danish and Nordic Banking clients
·Deliver high-quality consulting engagement within our functional areas (e.g. Operating Model, Future Tech, Data-driven Enterprise) to help solve our clients’ most complex issues
·Engage and build relationships with leadership at Nordic/Danish banks to originate work and deliver impact
·Lead multi-disciplinary teams by example. Develop our junior colleagues by actively mentoring others and contributing to performance management activities
·Be part of our management team, and contribute to expanding our footprint in the Nordic/Danish Banking industry

Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for Innovative Leader - a key contributor to the further expansion of our Danish and Nordic presence in the Banking industry, who is willing to question the current ways of working by utilizing new technologies, agile ways of working and new business models to bring new ideas and innovations to life.
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 7 years experience from consulting or similar
- Experience and business understanding about Banking industry
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients pain points
- Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and Danish
Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected.
