Job Summary:


Sales & Pricing Performance (S&PP) provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services.  S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals.  S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience.


Primary responsibilities include:  

  • Manages Stakeholder relationships

  • Interacts and collaborates with S&PP team (e.g., business partner, analytics, Pricing, Competitive Intelligence)

  • Connects and collaborates with other Market Unit (MU) Leads

  • Provides direction, connects, and collaborates with Market Unit demand management

  • Ensures seamless customer experience; balances and prioritizes MU needs

  • Understands and incorporates MU sales priorities and business objectives

  • Collaborates with other sales related teams (e.g., marketing) within MU

  • Owns MU S&PP Pursuit Services metric outcomes (to be defined) and defines interventions to optimize performance

  • Manages MU aligned people

  • Shares MU priorities and cascades key objectives

  • Responsible for resolving deal escalations (in coordination with cross MU, service owners, topic advisors if needed)

  • Establishes Performance Achievement priorities aligned to S&PP, Pursuit Services, market, and market unit objectives

  • Ensures individuals have established priorities and are tracking feedback

  • Resolves individual performance concerns

  • Works with service owners (e.g., bid management, proposal management) to ensure alignment with MU needs

  • Implements a quality assurance process within the MU

  • Reviews select strategic deals within the MU/cross MU from a pursuit services engagement and deliverables point of view

  • Manages customer satisfaction and works with the other MU leads, service owners, topic advisors, subject-matter-advisors (SMAs) to action any feedback from customer satisfaction surveys

  • Ensures team completes standard and M/MU customized training

  • Identifies specialized training needs

  • Serves as hiring manager in MU (coordinate with Enablement Team) 



Qualifications

Qualifications:


Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Proven program, sales program management, or sales enablement experience 

  • Proven to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders 

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment – internally and with internal stakeholders such as sales leads or client account leads

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


Educational Qualification


Must have:  

  • Undergraduate degree

  • English language fluency (oral and written)


Skills & Work Experience


Must have:  

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience with fundamentals of sales project management or project-based work (organizing multiple moving pieces to meet deadlines)


Good to have:

Experience with sales fundamentals and high-level familiarity with concepts such as pipeline management, win probability, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy, or other related sales enablement experience 

Other requirements (please specify such as overtime, etc.)

  • Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area 

  • Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs

  • Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines

  • May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally
