D365 CRM Functional Consultant

You’ll be working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management, using modern tools and innovative approaches to turn business needs into practical, well‑designed solutions. What you’ll be doing
- Designing and improving business processes to make everyday work smoother and more efficient
- Translating business needs into clear requirements, use cases, and solution designs
- Working closely with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Understanding user needs through task and user analysis to ensure solutions truly fit
- Collaborating with colleagues to gather, validate, and refine requirements from start to finish
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or skill set
- Finnish is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT A MUST)
- Experience with Customer Strategy in CRM environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform infrastructure
- Background or interest in Business Analysis
