Project Manager for Client Marketing

Maternity cover (12 months)


As part of or Danish and Nordic M+C (Marketing + Communications) team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: Digital marketing and brand management; internal communications; media and industry analyst relations; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project manage, adapt and execute Nordic campaigns based on global frameworks and assets
  • Produce and adapt content related to campaigns and activities to fit a variety of channels and formats such as online webinars and events, direct mails, web, SoMe content and native articles in partnerships with business media
  • Work with internal senior management and Nordic marketing colleagues to develop campaigns and activities
  • Work with our CRM system (Salesforce) and similar systems to log and track marketing campaigns and impact. You will also help ensure accurate and updated client and campaign data in our CRM system.  
  • You will lead our Danish social media plan including the content pipeline, content creation, execution and tracking across our platforms and channels.

  • Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or the equivalent from a respected university or business school
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with marketing project management and program responsibilities. Preferably experience from large international company. b-2-b, technology or professional services company. Alternatively, from a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong and proven marketing project management skills – creating clarity and progress through structure is essential.  
  • A strong ability to team across our organization and local ecosystem and see things through from start to end.
  • You have and flair understanding and curating complex content matter and translating into a compelling messaging and producing engaging content for various platforms 
  • Considerable skills within strategic marketing and communications with experience in digital marketing.
  • Preferably experience with marketing data management and CRM systems – ideally Salesforce. But as a minimum the interest and aptitude to work with and process both smaller and larger sets of data is essential.
  • You feel at home in professional social media and enjoy and can formulate a clear SoMe strategy across various audiences + a roadmap for success.
  • A driven and curious mindset.
  • Language: Fluent in Danish and English (orally and written)



  • Reports to the Nordic Marketing and Communications Director
  • External Relationships: Third party vendors, suppliers, agencies, industry associations
