Due to the global expansion, they are now establishing Accenture Creative as a new in-house agency with the main objective of creating global campaigns for all of Accenture’s initiatives. With focus on the truly global setup, your direct team members are in the Nordics.
Your focus will be to develop effective and creative campaigns and concepts for Accenture Global and/or the Nordic local markets. It is important that you have experience with all aspects of the creative process, from idea generation and setting the overall creative direction to campaign execution, and development of visual design. It is key in the job that you are able to create and develop a visual universe, such as mood boards and graphic treatments, which supports and tells a story. In order to provide the best solutions in the market, it is expected that you can think strategically, create ideas and transform these into creative concepts of high quality.
Accenture has an integrated approach, but have their main focus in the digital world why it is essential that you come with an up-to-date knowledge about digital opportunities. A part of your assigned tasks will be to develop interactive experiences and ideas (e.g. games, apps, landing pages, interactive PDFs).
You will work together with the entire creative department consisting of 17 members across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Latvia, have clients across Accenture globally and work closely with the account team. We expect you to have flair for creative collaboration, mentoring, and show team-player spirit as you will set the direction, prioritize and provide clarification on diverse creative tasks.

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience from a similar position as Art Director and demonstrable skills within creative concept development – your strong portfolio can prove it. You come with a strong passion for translating thoughts and ideas into innovative campaigns with engaging content. Experience with B2B marketing is a must.
The position requires proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and experience with PowerPoint and Keynote. It is important that you have a basic understanding of marketing initiatives and strategic positioning, ideation, conceptual thinking skills as well as knowledge of campaign flows and activation ideas. In addition, it is necessary that you are able to build client presentations from A-Z – from idea generation through concept development to execution.
As conceptual Art Director it is important that you respect and are comfortable working with deadlines, brand guidelines and budgets. You are self-driven and enjoy working independently, but you also value the importance of teamwork. You are able to balance generating clear ideas and concepts alone and also in tandem with the copywriter. You are not afraid to set the creative direction and you are able to give and receive creative and inspiring feedback in order to maintain high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client. You are a strong communicator and have excellent English communication skills, oral as well as written.
As a person you are positive and open-minded with a creative mind-set and a profound visual understanding. In the role, it is important that you pay close attention to detail while at the same time view things from a bigger perspective. You come with a genuine curiosity about new trends and you are eager to continue to grow and learn.
