We are looking for an experienced HR profile, to lead our dedicated Field HR team of 4 people, who are responsible for the entire employee life cycle, once our employees have been recruited. As part of the role, you will also be accountable for supporting your “own” business units and work closely with our business leadership in people matters.

In this role, you will join a diverse and committed HR team of 20 colleagues. Together, we strive to provide best-in-class HR service to our business – and a great employee experience for around 800 talented people in Accenture Denmark.

We expect the right candidate to have at least 10-12 years’ professional HR experience – preferably specialized in compensation, and with documented leadership experience.
In addition to your team lead and people advisory role, together with the country HR lead, you will also be responsible for

  • Driving the strategy for compensation in Denmark
  • Drive compensation processes through the year as relevant
  • Provide guidance to leadership in compensation matters


For this role we are looking for someone who has

  • Solid knowledge of Danish labor law & compensation
  • Natural ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – being able to influence others is an advantage, as is having good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Human Resources degree, or similar is preferred
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, energy and passion for HR
  • Fluency in Danish and English – written and spoken
