What we are looking for:
We are looking to grow our team with a number of experienced Workday consultants to play a key role in our continued growth in the Nordic region.
You are probably a certified Workday HCM consultant, or have collected similar experience for example in a client role or with other advisories. You have a very strong acumen in HCM solutions and you have been through several Workday projects end-to-end. You have a good understanding of the overall Workday solution and probably have certifications or deep experience in several of the functional areas. Besides Workday experience you also need good understanding around HR processes and how they are implemented, to be able to advise our clients.
Work you will do:
As a Senior Consultant in our team, you will be part of selling, solutioning and delivering projects to our clients. In delivery you will be the expert, overseeing the design and advising both your clients as well as your colleagues. Your expertise will also play an important role when selling services to our clients, and you will partner up with our sales team to create solutions.
You will also be an important link in building and growing our Nordic practice. As a senior member of the team you will coach and guide several of our team members, and you will take part in the day-to-day management activities.
As we are working with international clients you will travel regularly on your projects, and you need to be allowed to move freely and work in the Schengen region without additional permits. We believe you have a strong personality and a proven track-record managing your work and your stakeholders. You should have at least a Bachelor’s degree and be fluent in English. One or more of the Nordic languages is a plus.
Does this sound interesting to you? Please apply for this position with CV and Cover Letter as soon as possible. We are looking forward to receiving your application.
