Our Management Consulting practice in the Products Industry group is advising and delivering to clients in Life Science, Consumer Goods, Industrial Equipment, Freight & Logistics, Automotive, Retail, etc.). We are focused on supporting transformation agendas for the largest global Products companies with headquarter in the Nordics and we are one of the largest advisory partners in the domain.

About the opportunity:
We are looking for an individual to be part of the Danish Products industry consulting practice – focusing on Transformational Change Management, Talent- and Organization Development and/or HR Transformation. We are seeing a rapidly growing demand for our services supporting clients through major business, digital and IT transformations with what has traditionally been termed ‘Change Management’ but is now much more of a leadership mobilization, change visioning and enablement role. At the same time, we serve many of our clients in HR-transformation programs with a focus on talent development and employee experience to position organizations for success in a digital future. These programs are often powered by digital HR solutions ranging from analytics, workplace and HR SaaS solutions.
You will advise clients on key issues on transformational change management, and development, organizational effectiveness, as well as leading engagements to make transformations successful. The clients will expect you to mobilize our expertise in Transformational Change Management and you will be managing teams of diverse individuals from our consulting, digital and technology practices.
You will be challenged to stretch your professional skills and experience – but in doing so you will draw from the thought leadership and experiences from our global organization.
