Our Danish IT department is currently looking for an additional IT technologist
Typical work tasks will consist of providing customer support, handling and solving problems related to PCs and Macs, installing the company image on workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software errors. The role also includes administrative tasks, such as implementing policies, standards and processes, maintaining contact with suppliers, as well as procurement and asset management. Even though we must abide by global company standard processes and policies, the role allows you great leeway to organize your time and tasks. As a member of our Danish IT support you also will be part of a tight-knit Nordic team, who collaborate on tasks and share knowledge.
