We are hiring 2 new colleagues to join our Danish HR team of 20 dedicated people, who work closely with the Nordic HR organization. Together, we strive to provide best-in-class HR service to our business – and a great employee experience for around 800 talented people in Accenture Denmark.


You have at least 5 years’ experience from an HR function in a similar role as HR Business Partner/HR generalist/HR specialist.


In this role you will be part of the Field HR team, who is responsible for the entire employee life cycle from after our employees have been recruited. You will be accountable for supporting your “own” business units and work closely with our business leadership in people matters.


In addition to your people advisory role, you will also be responsible for one of these HR specialist areas:

  1. Compensation & Benefit Role – 12-month maternity cover
    • Drive the strategy for compensation in Denmark together with the DK HR Lead
    • Drive compensation processes through the year as relevant
    • Provide guidance to leadership in compensation matters
  2. Performance Achievement & Onboarding Role – 18-month project assignment
    • Coordinate and deliver a great onboarding experience for our new joiners – in collaboration with our recruitment team
    • Be an expert and lead Performance Achievement activities
    • Provide guidance to leadership and career counselors in Performance Achievement matters.

For both roles we are looking for someone who has


  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, energy and passion for HR
  • Deep human resources generalist experience
  • Natural ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – being able to influence others is an advantage, as is having good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills (especially for the Compensation role)
  • Human Resources degree, or similar is preferred
  • Fluency in at Danish and English – written and spoken
