In this role, you will take a leading role in helping our Products Sector clients along the journey to adopt and deploy digital technologies to help them engage digitally with (market, sell and provide service to) their customers. This will include shaping and selling digital transformation opportunities across our client base in Retail & Consumer Goods or Industrial Equipment industries.

You are expected to have developed a deep industry expertise within the industry and you have gained experience in digital strategy & transformation or you have a good understanding of multi-channel customer experience (Retail and Consumer Goods) or Analytics or Automation applications (Industrial Equipment) to these industries.

You will work with Accenture client teams to understand and translate digital transformation opportunities and technologies for these industries and its clients across Nordics.

You will partner closely with colleagues from within Accenture Digital, Products Client Account teams and other parts of the organization to shape opportunities providing the full spectrum of digital transformation services to our clients. You will originate, propose, shape and close client deal structures for the delivery of these digital services that will transform the way our clients operate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively originate, shape and sell digital opportunities with our clients
  • Help develop the sales strategy for client accounts along with the client teams
  • Be able to articulately present digital concepts to senior management and officials
  • Take responsibility for owning and delivering a specific sales target for a set of clients
  • Support the delivery of client work
  • Develop the business case for Digital opportunities


  • Minimum 5 years of business development and sales experience in the given industry with hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital experience covering one or more of: digital commerce, digital strategy, digital marketing, content services, mobile applications, digital analytics, Internet of Things use cases
  • Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree

In order to work successfully in this role, you also need to have good communication skills both in English and in Finnish, Swedish or Danish. You also need a good ability to listen and negotiate as well as to work under pressure. You are expected to travel in the Nordic countries.
