Then this Senior Manager position within our Communications, Media and Tech team might be ideal next step in your career!

Join Accenture Consulting’s Communications, Media and Tech (CMT) team and embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your deep industry experience and specialized skills to design, sell and lead industry defining transformation programs. In this role you’ll use your expertise to drive opportunity—for the company and for yourself—while maintaining the flexibility you need to keep your career ahead of the curve.

You will join a truly diverse team of Technology and Management Consultants, where you will be able to use your broad skill-set of strategizing, business development and people management to strengthen our footprint on the Danish market.

With direct report to our leading Managing Director, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

  • Sales and Business Development: You will actively generate new business opportunities with our clients by being the creator and sparring partner for innovative, inspiring ideas
  • Account Leadership: You will ensure an effective service delivery and execution that does not only involve the CMT team, but cross-functional. You will set and manage client expectations to secure a satisfactory collaboration
  • Project Leadership: You will have a leading role in our projects from initiation to completion. You will bring team members together and align the project framework, time line and execution.

Are you our next leading team member?

  • You have extensive work experiences within Communications and Media industries – particularly Telecommunications.
  • You are or were part of a Consultancy before, where you learned how to apply the ideal mix of project execution and business development
  • You have a creative, innovative mind-set that will ensure a long-lasting relationship with our clients
  • You have experience with Account Management, where you sell and deliver across a broad range of areas (e.g. BPO, Digital, Consulting and Technology)
  • You are comfortable conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.
  • Challenging a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view is one of your strongest skills
  • You have the ability to identify and develop business opportunities based on your deep understanding of our offerings and our client’s issues.
  • You know how to manage teams of all sizes through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change.
  • You have experiences in structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
  • You know how to work through organizational change, develop and implement creative solutions and closely partner with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
  • You have a clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
  • You speak fluent English. Excellent Danish skills (written and spoken) are essential for this position.
