Senior Technology Services Lead

The Technology Service Lead (TSL) is responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of Technology Services work for the account. The Technology Service Lead will lead the team of Technology people, on an account, in the origination, selling and successful delivery of Technology Services work. It is expected the Technology Service Lead will be an experienced delivery lead and that delivery background will be combined with sales and origination skills mainly in the Application Services area.


Key Responsibilities:


SALES MANAGEMENT


  • The Technology Service Lead will work with the Technology Sales lead on Sales strategy and planning at the account level
  • Works with the Client Account Lead as the primary point of contact for matters concerning Accenture Technology Services and the ApplicationServices portfolio of work on the account
  • Assists the Client Account Lead by building a successful client relationship with the aim to improve the client´s business
    • Develops a close working relationship with and understands the thinking of the client’s technology leadership, business dynamics, and overall strategy
    • Takes personal responsibility for Technology Services sales at the account and for developing the IT elements of the account plan working with account team and the Technology Services sales team
  • Evangelizes NEW IT within the client and clearly communicates the automation, innovation and value being delivered by the delivery teams
  • Evangelizes NEW IT within the account team and ensures that the latest and most appropriate tools, technologies, and methodologies are included in solution plans across the account


DELIVERY MANAGEMENT


  • Manages the portfolio of Technology Services projects across the account to achieve targeted revenue and profitability by managing predictable, on-time and on-budget delivery in line with client expectations
  • Drives delivery related improvement initiatives in line with Accenture’s priorities 



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor/Master of Science degree
  • Experience in managing major programs or portfolio of IT projects in the consulting industry or in an IT line position
  • Fluent in English and Danish
  • This role is based in Denmark but part of a Nordic team. You should have the ability to travel, when needed

  • You have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • You have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Fluent in English and Danish
  • This role is based in Denmark but part of a Nordic team. You should have the ability to travel, when needed
