Role Summary

The Compliance as a Service Lead is accountable for driving sales in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) arena on new and existing assigned accounts. Typically, the Compliance as a Service Lead will own his own part of Operations business in the Nordics and drive the sales as well as oversee the ongoing delivery of “Compliance as a Service” type of offering. The scope of the offering includes Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer and other relevant compliance services for Financial Services clients. 

Expectations from a Compliance Lead

  • Originate and drive sales with a focus on growing the BPO business 
  • Shape solutions and proposals to client value and required Accenture financial performance for the new services
  • Drive innovation into shifting the client from traditional approaches to Digital transformation.
  • Develop and manage client relationships to identify business requirements, and define service requirements for new services 
  • Work closely with Accenture leadership for the client to commit to the scope of work, schedule and cost 
  • Manage the financial performance of the area 
  • Participate in account planning and forecasting activities

Preferred skills:

  • 10-15 years of overall experience within relevant area of Financial Services or Outsourcing 
  • Proven trackrecord in sales, with related experience, selling methods and tools 
  • Deal shaping skills
  • Client Relationship Management 
  • Value Proposition Development 
  • Contract Management 
  • Financial and Cost Management
