Right now, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist. This is a critical role as part of the bid teams to create winning proposals and implementing a successful Nordic Sales Effectiveness function.


As our new Sales Support Specialist, you will:


  • Own the proposal documentation and together with bid manager to ensure the successful delivery of the proposal
  • Be responsible for gathering all available standard contents, CV's and credentials and ensure we meet all client requirements
  • Actively participate in shaping win strategies and proposal storylines based on specific sales situations (e.g. competitive environment, buyer values, perceptions of Accenture, differentiators etc.)
  • Guide proposal contributors into brining out win messages in the RFP response and Orals storyline
  • Explore marketing programs options to support to sales effort
  • Manage the work of vendors or internal parties creating marketing deliverables
  • Facilitate work sessions and ghost-write executive summaries
  • Define the bid process based on experience of deal pursuits and manage the bid process through proper coordination, tracking and reporting.
  • Work with our client and bid teams across Client Service Groups and Growth Platforms and work actively with our Nordic and Indian sales support colleagues.
  • Be a guide on how to create proposals in Accenture, support bid teams in the use of it and participate in the further development of it
  • Coach sales team in orals presentations, manage the rehearsals and advice on pitching the key messages strongly during presentations


Qualifications


  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Workshop facilitation skills
  • Project management skills (proposals are 3-6 week mini projects)
  • Creative eye and idea-rich mind to brainstorm different marketing and proposal materials
  • Proposal authoring and copywriting skills e.g. ghost writing executive summaries, team books, etc.
  • Can-do service attitude
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in local language and English. Writing skills in Danish would be an added advantage.
  • Passion for detailed quality
  • Creative skills are an excellent plus (e.g. graphical design, web design, video editing, etc. - even any amateur skills in this domain are considered big plus and you can be further trained on these)
  • MS Office skills
