Accenture’s Finance & Enterprise Performance practice focuses on collaborating with CFOs and finance departments in designing and implementing the finance function of the future. Key focus is on cost effective processes, new global operating models and improved business partnering, leveraging the possibilities of digital finance, analytics and robotics, and aimed at delivering improved and sustained business outcomes. The role

You will play a pivotal role in the further build and growth of the Finance & Enterprise Performance practice in Denmark and across Nordics. You will work with shaping opportunities and business cases targeted on delivering value for the CFO agenda and drive value-led finance transformations for clients. As an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager, you will work within the areas of Finance Transformation, Global Business Services (captive/outsourced), Zero Based Budgeting, Enterprise Performance Management, Digital finance, Analytics and Robotics. You will take a leading role in both sales activities, as a project/program manager and in community building. You will become part of a global expanding company, where the team culture is very strong and you will meet supportive colleagues where high performance, team spirit and cooperation is highly valued.



  • You come with a proven track record from a management-consulting firm as well as having experience from sales activities within a consulting environment. This including minimum 7 years of relevant consulting experience, either from another consulting company or from leading finance projects and improvement initiatives in large global products organizations
  • You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at finance manager and at CFO level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led finance projects. Having already established mid/C-level relationships at Products companies that potentially could be leveraged are desirable but not essential.
  • You come with a relevant Master’s degree combined with extensive experience within the relevant fields of the CFO agenda (Finance transformation, Global Business Services, Enterprise Performance Management, Digital finance)
  • You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and project-oriented environment
  • You have experience in driving business development and sales activities as well as developing local practice community and people
  • You are action and results-oriented, self-driven with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high performance team
  • You are fluent in Danish and English both verbally and written
  • You are flexible and capable of some travel
