Account Lead within our Business Process Service practice

The BPS team is part of Accenture Operations, which combines technology that digitizes and automates business processes, unlocks actionable insights, and delivers Everything-as-a-Service with our team's deep industry, functional and technical expertise. You will lead our client’s journey to consuming their core business services on demand, accelerate innovation and speed to market. This means that as an Account Lead you will become part of the "as-a-Service" business revolution!


As an Account Lead, you will be responsible for selling and delivering a new generation of business process services. Our services are highly differentiated, so the world’s leading organizations trust us to dramatically improve their business performance and shareholder value. Hence, you will as BPS Account Lead interact directly with the leading companies and their management teams across all industries.


In addition to the broad industry span, you will be the focal point for addressing our clients issues with the full scale of our Business Process Services that range from Finance & Accounting to Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Talent & HR, Capacity Solutions, Credit Services and Network Services. 

 

From day 1, you will be focusing on:


1) Developing and managing relationships with our clients


  • Single point of contact for the client account leadership and client on the outsourcing contract, engaging early in possible new sales on the existing account 
  • Management of the outsourcing client relationship, including managing the client to their outsourcing contract commitments, and involved in new sales if relevant 
  • Set client expectations in conjunction with the client account leadership and manage to those expectations


2) Driving outsourcing growth with existing and potential clients


  • Leverage industry expertise to influence client outsourcing strategies. Drive incremental revenue growth through expansion or renewals of outsourcing work. 
  • Participate in client account planning and forecasting activities. 
  • Developing strategies and tactics for penetration of new accounts and cross selling to establish accounts 
  • Identifying potential through networking, customer meetings, trade shows, public speaking, and/or other sources 
  • Maintaining a keen sense of marketplace intelligence of trends and competition in order to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools and techniques that can be effectively utilized to develop and promote business 


3) Managing the operational and financial performance of the outsourcing contract 


  • Lead service delivery strategy and execution across all locations where the services are provided. 
  • Achieve outsourcing client satisfaction, high service performance while ensuring continuous improvements are delivered 
  • Own P&L for outsourcing contract


You in a nutshell: 


  • You come with Consulting experiences (today, you might be an ambitious Manager that wants to take on a new challenge!)
  • You have experience with business transformation projects
  • You have a relevant university degree
  • You are a confident communicator with a sense for Sales 
  • You have no problems with interacting with Senior level professionals and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships
  • You have strong negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills 
  • Outsourcing experience as such is not a must, but an advantage 
  • You are fluent in both Danish and English 
  • You have the ability to meet travel requirements when applicable
