Application Process

Great to see you are considering to apply for one of our students or graduate role.


All of our job openings can be found in our job feed. When we are accepting applications, you can find the graduate or summer internship program you want to apply for and enter the recruitment portal. Take your time when applying; filling out all necessary information in our portal takes about 15-20 minutes. Be prepared and have all attachments ready.




In order for us to review your application, we need a few documents. In our recruitment portal, please upload your CV, application letter and all transcripts from your Bachelors and/or Masters Degree, as well as your High School transcripts. We cannot not consider candidates without these documents. Once we have received your online application, our recruitment team will review your application and be in touch if you meet our requirements.

Case day

Internal interview

Congratulations, you've been selected to the next round. This round normally consists of an internal interview. This consists of an evaluation of the candidate’s profile to match the job requirements and business needs.



The prospect of an interview can be quite stressful. There's no need to be nervous, just relax and be yourself. We do however have a couple of tips of how you can prepare. Re-read your application before your interview, what are your ambitions, what key skills do you have, what will you bring? Focus on answering the questions asked, and if you're unsure, just ask for clarification. If you have any questions at the end of the interview, feel free to ask, but it is by no means expected or mandatory. Our dress code is business casual, so dress accordingly.


TIP #1

During interviews, be excited and passionate. Show why you want to work for us and what would really interest you. And don’t forget to ask questions. You need to find out if we are the right fit for you, just as much as we need to find out if you’re the right candidate for us.

TIP #2

Being part of the group exercises is more important than leading them. Of course, it’s always good to see leadership skills but we’re also looking at how you interact with, and support others.

TIP #3

Research Accenture and its competitors and try to understand what makes us stand out in the marketplace. Link any research back to why you want to work for us. Anyone can read up on the website, but we want to know about what interests you about working here. Think about what you would enjoy on a day-to-day basis about the job you are applying for.

TIP #4

When asked a competency based question try to use the STAR approach, i.e. break out your answer into the Situation, Task, Action taken and Result. This helps you structure your response and gives the interviewer a well-rounded answer.

TIP #5

Prepare a variety of competency examples so we can see that you have experiences showcasing different behaviours.
