Your Role As part of the growth of our Resources Industry Security Practice in the DACH region, we are looking for a highly sales-oriented professional with a client oriented and "Drive to Achieve" mindset.


Your Responsibilities

  • Industry Focus: Take ownership of specific sectors (e.g., energy and utilities, chemical industry, critical infrastructure).
  • Market Potential Identification: Collaborate closely with Key Account Management to uncover and tap into new market opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Establish new client relationships and represent our IT-OT Security portfolio.
  • Portfolio Growth: Develop and implement growth plans for a defined client portfolio, including targeted sales initiatives to meet objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Engage decision-makers, influencers, and technical experts to identify needs and craft tailored solutions in close collaboration with cross expert teams.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations on commercial terms and manage contract processes.
  • Trusted Customer Support: Foster long-term client relationships to ensure sustainable collaboration.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to the formation of industry-specific go-to-market teams and oversee expert sales teams in unlocking new market potential.
  • Shape the future: Being part on our growth plan and build your sales team considering your business success.


 

Qualifikationen

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in engineering, business informatics, or a related discipline. Ideally, experience in the chemical, energy, utility sectors, or critical infrastructure.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success across the sales cycle, with a track record of building stable and enduring client relationships.
  • Personal Attributes: self-motivation, resilience, and strategic thinking.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
