Your mission
As part of the expansion of our Resources Security Industry Practice in German-speaking markets, you will shape pioneering security solutions within the energy, chemicals, utilities, and renewable energy sectors. Together we lead our customers safely into the digitized future while strengthening and trustfully building further business relationships. You'll make cyber risks feel less threatening by designing security solutions that take our customers in the resources industry to the next level of resilience.

What awaits you

• Leverage your experience
  As a cybersecurity professional you manage customer requests and projects across industries such as energy, chemical production, and utility companies, including critical infrastructure. Depending on your background and experience, you focus on cybersecurity domains such as governance and risk management (e.g. ISO2700x), regulatory compliance (e.g. NIS2, KRITIS) or Managed Security Services (e.g. SIEM/SOC). You will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle and various phases of remediation until transition to service readiness, to secure their business. From needs assessment and proposal management to technical solution design and implementation planning. In parallel, you support Key Account Management by addressing security-related topics for key clients in the resources industry and you support the sales process by preparing client presentations, workshops, proposals and proof of concepts. 

• Design outstanding solutions
  For complex client challenges you will develop and implement comprehensive security solutions that address IT and OT systems holistically, converging both worlds to meet future demands. You conduct security maturity assessments, considering an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, develop security concepts and risk mitigation approaches for securing client environments and ensure their compliance with regulations, standards, and policies. Together we are stronger, you build and lead a cybersecurity team tailored to market trends, emerging technologies, and client needs.

  You act as a trusted advisor throughout the proposal and project lifecycle. Whether you are leading multidisciplinary expert teams and oversee program activities in both national and international client environments or collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget, our clients can count on your advice and support.
