Job role: Experienced Advanced Compensation Lead

As an Experienced Advanced Compensation Lead at Accenture, you'll be part of a team that provides holistic consulting across all elements and functionalities of the Advanced Compensation design and build. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through their Workday Advanced Compensation implementations, ensuring successful project outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Consult clients holistically across all elements and functionalities of the Advanced Compensation design and build.
• Apply your strong knowledge of Workday’s Advanced Compensation module.
• Utilize your deep understanding of Advanced Compensation business processes and practices.
• Demonstrate strong consulting skills by managing clients and leading workshops.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience consulting clients holistically across all elements and functionalities of the Advanced Compensation design and build.
• Strong knowledge of Workday’s Advanced Compensation module.
• Deep understanding of Advanced Compensation business processes and practices.
• Strong consulting skills, including managing clients and leading workshops.
• Fluency in both German and English.
