Job role: Experienced Functional Lead

As an Experienced Functional Lead at Accenture, you'll be part of a team that leads Workday consultants through all phases of Workday transformation projects. You will leverage your expertise to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the functional team of Workday consultants throughout all phases of Workday transformation projects.
• Apply your strong knowledge of Workday functionalities across several modules, including HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Navigate the RFP/Sales process with confidence.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Utilize your fluency in German and English to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for:

• Extensive experience in leading the functional team of Workday consultants throughout all phases of Workday transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionalities across several modules (i.e., HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, etc.).
• Proven experience throughout the RFP/Sales process.
• Strong client management skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
