Job role: Experienced HCM Lead

As an Experienced HCM Lead at Accenture, you'll be part of a team that provides holistic consulting across all elements and functionalities of the Workday HCM Core design and build. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through their Workday HCM implementations, ensuring successful project outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Consult clients holistically across all elements and functionalities of the Workday HCM Core design and build.
• Apply your strong knowledge of Workday’s HCM Core module.
• Utilize your deep understanding of HCM business processes and practices.
• Demonstrate strong consulting skills by managing clients and leading workshops.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in consulting clients holistically across all elements and functionalities of the Workday HCM Core design and build.
• Strong knowledge of Workday’s HCM Core module.
• Deep understanding of HCM business processes and practices.
• Strong consulting skills, including managing clients and leading workshops.
• Fluency in both German and English.
