Job role: Experienced Delivery Lead

As an Experienced Delivery Lead at Accenture, you'll be part of a team of professionals who deliver complex Workday transformation projects from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire Workday implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and deliver complex Workday transformation projects end to end.
• Apply your expertise as a Delivery Lead or Project Manager in Workday transformations.
• Navigate the RFP/Sales Process with confidence.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Utilize your fluency in German and English to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for:

• Extensive experience in leading and delivering complex Workday transformation projects.
• Previous experience as a Delivery Lead or Project Manager in Workday transformations.
• Proven experience throughout the RFP/Sales Process.
• Strong client management skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
