We are seeking an experienced and driven Export Control CoE Manager with 7+ years in Trade Compliance, including at least 5 years specializing in export controls, to join our global team as a subject matter expert.
Your Mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for advancing Accenture’s compliance with international trade control regulations in all regions where we operate, with a particular focus on high-priority areas such as emerging technologies (e.g., AI and semiconductor-related compliance). You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our export control strategies to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
Your Daily Work
Lead and manage high-priority export control projects, particularly for emerging technologies like AI and semiconductors, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
Provide operational support to GTC Leadership and collaborate with the Export Control CoE Lead on strategic oversight, including licensing, jurisdiction, and global trade operations.
Design, implement, and manage trade compliance programs focused on AI, semiconductor export controls, and other emerging technologies.
Oversee special projects, ensuring compliance deadlines, deliverables, and requirements are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, including Legal, Business, and Trade Compliance teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on compliance priorities.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
Law degree or comparable legal Master’s degree (or specialized compliance training/certifications).
Experience in export controls and managing compliance projects in a multinational environment.
Ability to work remotely, manage schedules with global clients, and engage in contract negotiations.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Proven track record in managing multiple priorities, leading special projects, developing compliance programs, and responding to government investigations.
Fluency in English and preferrably fluency in German
