Your Mission
As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the Accenture Solution Design team for the EMEA market that shapes, designs and develops solutions for the most important and complex opportunities that involve Accenture Song offerings and capabilities.
In doing so, you will work with many ecosystems and alliances to offer and deliver the best answer to our clients' growth and customer experience challenges.
Your daily Work
Turn customer visions into solutions.
Design and build solutions complete with cost/pricing, staffing plan, delivery location strategy and roadmap aligned to a vision defined in conjunction with the Accenture Sales & Delivery Teams and the client (and Ecosystems partners).
Bring in the best of Accenture
Utilize all resources to bring the best of Accenture to collaboratively develop and integrate desirable solutions that are profitable, differentiated, deliverable and have optimal cost, return on investment and risk that create value for our clients and for Accenture
Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring:
Drive innovation and differentiation in solutioning by evolving disruptive ideas into feasible solutions

Who you are
- Extensive experience in developing cost-effective solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying SMEs and partners in the ecosystem and supporting seamless implementation and continuous improvement.
- Strong agile project management and consulting skills, with a proven ability to sell, create and deliver results in dynamic, customer-centric environments.
- You are able to understand the customer's needs and translate them into a solution approach, a solution plan, an offer and a cost estimate using standard process methods, services and the right selection of offers.
- Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you flourish in multidisciplinary teamwork and networking.
- You express yourself clearly and confidently in German and English.
